| The purpose of this site is to represent impoverished and backward status of agriculture economic and health education of NingXia XiHaiGu area which is located at north west inner land of the heart of loess land. It reports the status of goverment projects helping the poor and needy, international aid projects and their achievements. It also aims to provide a way for people to know, to care and help XiHaiGu. It appeals the socity to show their love and working together to help the poor to get out of poverty, to have better life. | As a beginner of home page maker, I have been received technique help from Mr. Li Hai, I have also received help from Mr. Wang shende and Mr. Guo Ganwen from Ningxia, Ms. Mingli Wang from U.S.A, Ms. MeiLing Sze from HongKong, Mr. YuPing Zhou from TaiWan and Miss Gupei from Anhui, many many warmheated friends and co-workers.
